Warranty Region

This warranty applies to all e-bikes purchased directly from zoonlai.com.

We provide after-sales service and support in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Europe through our local service centers and support teams.

For purchases made through authorized dealers, please contact the original dealer for warranty assistance.

All Zoonlai bike owners are welcome to contact our customer support team for lifetime technical assistance.

Warranty Coverage Area

Warranty parts can be shipped within the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and most European countries.

For remote areas (such as islands or special regions), additional shipping time or fees may apply.

Warranty Start

Zoonlai warrants the Products for a limited time from the date of delivery of the original purchase against defects in materials and workmanship when used under normal conditions and in accordance with our guidelines.

Warranty Period

All major components are covered by a 12-month limited warranty:

Structure:

  • Frame, front fork, handlebar (12 months)

Mechanical Parts:

  • Pedals, saddle, brakes, drivetrain components, suspension, rims (12 months)

Electrical Components:

  • Motor, controller, charger, wiring harness (12 months)
  • Display, throttle, switches, lights (12 months)

Battery:

  • 12 months warranty
  • Designed to retain up to 75% capacity after 300 charge cycles

Warranty Terms

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

It does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (tires, brake pads, tubes, etc.)
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
  • Improper charging or use of non-original chargers
  • Water damage or human-caused damage
  • Lost keys or accessories

Warranty may be void if repairs are performed by unauthorized parties.

Claims Process

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us at contact@zoonlai.com.

You will need to provide:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Photos or videos showing the issue

Our team will guide you through troubleshooting and provide a solution, including replacement parts if applicable.

Note:
Replacement parts are covered, but installation costs may not be included unless approved.

Shipping Damage

If your product is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photo/video proof.

Returns & Refunds

30-Day Return Policy:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery

Non-quality returns:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer

Defective or incorrect items:

  • Eligible for free replacement or full refund
  • Return shipping covered by us

Refunds:

  • Processed after inspection
  • Issued to original payment method within a few business days

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before shipment at no cost.

After shipment, cancellations are not possible.
