Yes. Zoonlai bikes are UL 2849 certified, which includes full safety testing of the batteries. This ensures they meet strict standards for electrical performance, thermal management, and overall reliability, giving you peace of mind.
Where are Zoonlai bikes shipped from and how long will it take for delivery?
Zoonlai bikes ship from our warehouses in the US, Europe, UK, and Canada. We deliver from the closest warehouse to you, usually within 3–8 days, so you can start your cycling adventures quickly.
